Refund policy

Opened and used products cannot be returned/exchanged. To return/exchange a product purchased directly from us please call 212-221-4600 or email info@sanssoucisusa.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any products purchased from one of our partners must be returned to the original place of purchase. An RMA number must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned merchandise must be received in good condition within 2 weeks after the RMA number is provided. Refunds will be processed within 15 to 21 days against the original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the refund amount. You are required to pay for return shipping. We reserve the right to change the policy at our sole discretion.
