Due to a possible UPS strike, we will be using the US Postal Service to ship our orders. All orders placed after 12pm Eastern Time on July 21st will be shipped by USPS. Expedited shipping will also be temporarily unavailable.
How much are shipping charges?
To contiguous states:
Ground: Orders under $75 = $8. Orders $75 or more = FREE
2nd Day: $55 (Available for orders $125 or more)
Next Day: $85 (Available for orders $125 or more)
Please Note: Expedited order must be placed before 12pm Eastern Time for it to ship out on the same day. 2nd Day and Next Day deliveries are not guaranteed and does not include weekends and holidays. For example, if the order was placed after 12pm on Friday and Monday is a holiday then the package will ship out on Tuesday. We ship by UPS for a majority of our orders but will occasionally ship by USPS if it is more efficient.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
No. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
How fast do you ship orders out?
Usually within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will only be charged to orders shipping within New York State. Sales tax is calculated by the shipping county.
Do you ship internationally?
We generally DO NOT ship outside the United States. Buyer is responsible for duty, customs and all other fees that may apply. For all international shipments, please contact us prior to placing the order.
What is your return policy?
All returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. Opened and used items cannot be returned/exchanged.

How long do I need to wait to get my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 15 to 21 days against the original method of payment after we receive the returned merchandise.
What if I didn't buy the products from this website?
Products must be returned to their original place of purchase.

How does it work?
Pay a portion of the order now. Get the products. Then pay off the rest at a later time.
What is the payment schedule?
The 1st payment is due at the time of purchase. The remaining 3 payments are due every 2 weeks.
Will I end up paying more?
Maybe a few pennies because of rounding but there are no interests or fees if you pay on time.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are developed and made in Sans Soucis laboratories and facilities in Baden-Baden, Germany using Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure the highest quality and consistency in every product.
Are your products tested on animals?
Our products are not tested on animals and follow an Anti-Animal Testing procedure for over 25 years and only do raw materials testing if absolutely required by law.
What is your product shelf life?
Unopened products can last two and half years or more if stored in a cool, dry location. Once opened, the products usually last around 6 to 12 months.
